Well behaved dogs are allowed inside and out, and there is plenty of space for children to play, so bring the whole family.

Stuart and Lisa are the proprietors of Le Relais d’Aulnay along with Chateau de Minargent. They are both involved in the daily running of the bar and the rooms.

At the heart of the department of Charente-Maritime, hides the charming little town of Aulnay. About twenty kilometers from Saint Jean d'Angely, and forty kilometers from Niort and Cognac, the town is rich in natural heritage. The town today still has important historical and architectural remains.

Aulnay is full of life, despite its modest size. Aulnay seduces with its tranquil atmosphere and its many amenities.

Aulnay hosts a weekly market on a Sunday morning until the early afternoon.
